About the role
As our National Clinical Lead - Training Programs Project, you will lead the design of a flexible training pathway to Fellowship that meets the needs of diverse cohorts, including international medical graduates and rural practitioners. This is an exceptional opportunity to influence national medical education policy, contribute to systemic change, and improve access and equity in GP training.
**As our NCL - Training Programs Project, you'll also**:
Lead the design and development of a national training pathway framework.
Lead the development of an implementation plan for the framework
Engage widely with internal RACGP teams, the Department of Health and Aged Care, registrar reps, and key external stakeholders.
Align proposed framework with AMC and RACGP standards.
Skills & Experience
RACGP Fellowship
Extensive medical education leadership experience and strong knowledge of GP training pathways
Strong stakeholder engagement and change leadership skills
Experience in program development and implementation
