We’re looking for an experienced Meta & Google Ads Manager to join our team at COM Marketing in our Sunshine Coast office. This role is perfect for someone who loves analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and scaling ad strategies to drive real results for health, fitness, and wellness brands.

Your Role & Responsibilities
- Paid Ads Strategy & Execution - Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization - Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and adjust strategies for better results.
- Audience Targeting & Lead Generation - Develop high-converting ad funnels and audience segmentation strategies.
- Client Success & Reporting - Communicate campaign insights, performance reports, and recommendations to clients.
- Ad Creative & Messaging - Collaborate with our team to develop compelling ad copy and creatives that convert.

What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital advertising.
- Proven track record of running successful paid ad campaigns with strong ROI.
- Expertise in audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with data analysis and performance tracking.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
