**What your work will involve**

We are looking for someone to hit the ground running and be part of the People & Culture team in a role that has a focus on recruitment and general HR administration support. The role will support the Recruitment Coordinator in completing end-to-end recruitment using our online system

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous demonstrated recruitment experience, ideally in Children's Services
- Great communication skills (verbal and written) and to be able to deliver high levels of professional service
- Demonstrated high levels of attention to detail
- Be comfortable in getting in and learning new systems and process fast
- Self-motivated with strong planning and organisational skills, enabling you to juggle competing priorities (and meet deadlines)
- Intermediate experience in the Microsoft office suite
- A current paid Working with Children Check
