We are thrilled to be opening a brand-new** Hills Bar & Kitchen** store and are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Assistant Store Manager to build and lead our team
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the Store Manager to oversee the daily store operations
- Work closely with the Store Manager to effectively lead all team members
- Provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customer
- Proactive inventory management
- Manage training and development of all team members
- Develop and maintain relationships with our vendors
- Previous team leading or management experience in fast-paced retail or food-service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business and commercial acumen
As we operate in a dynamic airport location our stores operate to meet our customers' needs. You would be expected to be reasonably flexible with your availability to work outside of normal business hours if required.
