We are looking for a technical support engineer to join our team and support our customers as they adopt our products for the first time.
You will be experienced in a customer-facing technical support role with great communication skills and a desire to ensure the customer gets the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, including troubleshooting
- Helping customers onboard with new products and providing ongoing support
Key Requirements:
- IP Networking
- VPN configuration
- Network Troubleshooting
- Curious and interested in new technologies and finding creative ways to solve problems
- Excellent Communication Skills
