Marcs, David Lawrence and sass & bide, are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join the team.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for executing the social media and influencer strategy, across three reputable and well-established Australian fashion brands_._ Attention to detail is required along with a high-level execution for the premium end of the fashion market. This role is suited to someone who has a passion for content creation and driving engagement and growth across social media channels including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

**What you’ll be working on**:

- Supporting the Social Media Manager to deliver campaigns across our multi-branded portfolio
- Manage social media content calendar and ensure content goes live across all channels
- Copywriting for captions
- Content creation to support collection drops including supporting the team at street style shoots and managing video shoots for reels and TikTok independently
- Content capture and editing stills and video at campaign & ecomm photoshoots
- Weekly engagement and revenue reporting across all social platforms
- General support to the marketing team where required
- Support Social Media Manager to execute the influencer strategy from outreach to managing timelines
- Creating influencer briefs for seasonal launches and campaigns
- Influencer sample management

**What we’re looking for**:

- Full time position
- A good understanding of the retail and fashion landscape (experience in the industry is preferred but not required)
- At least 3+ years experience in working in social media
- Excellent writing, video editing, presentation and communication skills
- Reporting skills, specifically in customer engagement, channel health and revenue
- Adequate knowledge of Google Analytics and utm tracking
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a busy and dynamic team
