ANZ is embarking on an exciting program of work - Data Literacy capability uplift and the establishment of Data Risk Theme across ANZ. This role is part of the Data Capability & Change Team, reporting to the Data Capability & Change Lead, and will help to execute on the learning and change plans across one or more streams of work within the program.

The Data & Change Learning Manager will support the strategic direction and growth of the newly formed Data & Technology Risk (D&TR) function within Group Risk. They are natural communicators and influencers, using these skills to create behaviour change across a diverse cohort, and will focus on delivery of strategic learning, change and communications solutions, identifying opportunities to drive achievement of D&TR’s change programs.

This role exists to provide tailored learning capability across the end-to-end development of learning and change solutions, utilising a blended approach of facilitation, online and digital.

What will your day look like
Act as the learning and change representative across Data Risk program workstream(s) and/or drive change and learning solutions, and delivery of change outcomes, across the program as guided by the Data Capability & Change Lead, who is managing the end-to-end design and delivery of the change approach.
Aligned to the ANZ Capability Methodology, design, develop and implement strategic learning solutions that align with business objectives, utilising strong instructional design principles.
Aligned to the ANZ Change Methodology, drive the change approach, plan and delivery, and provide change through leadership for the workstream(s) and Workstream Leads to create sustainable learning outcomes.
Work as part of the broader Capability and Change team to share knowledge, success, and continuous improvement across all areas of work.
Work with the Data Capability & Change Lead to identify and gather Data Risk workstream/cross project learning requirements and change impacts and to define targeted plans for learning, change readiness, communications, stakeholder engagement, workforce planning, metrics, and evaluation.
Identify risks and issues, and potential change/adoption risks, and work with the Data Capability & Change Lead to design and implement mitigations and engagement strategies to input into the overarching change and learning approach.
Facilitate learning webinars and workshops to diverse cohorts on a range of data related topics.
Facilitate and participate cross-workstream workshops to understand change requirement and learning activities needed to support a positive customer and employee experience.
Identify and provide input on a range of learning and change interventions and artefacts including learning requirements, employee readiness, communication, and training.
Contribute to business readiness activities and ensure appropriate levels of support leading up to and after the implementation of learning solution/change.
Support embedment of learning and change outcomes by developing the tools and systems to successfully deliver learning and change within the business.
Create visualisations and graphics to aid in learning solutions, communications and change management.

Foundational knowledge of change and or project mgt concepts
The ability to facilitate training, and conduct problem solving, impact analysis and other workshops.
A natural communicator able to develop compelling communications and messaging that resonates and is for fit for purpose to convey benefits, allay concerns, and prompt action across diverse audience groups.
The capability to work flexibly with diverse personalities, sentiment levels, and moods effectively.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritising and escalating effectively.
Familiarity with problem solving, and process improvement methods.
The ability to design and produce graphics and visualisations.
