**THE COMPANY**:

**THE ROLE**:
- To work closely with the Executive Team.
- Manage and oversee all sales team members.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of sales plans.
- Review and conduct training on a regular basis.
- Network and attend workshops, expos as and when required.
- Regular interstate to manage the sales team.
- Lead by example
- Personally interact with strategic customers so to identify their needs.
- Conduct Strategic planning to formulate comprehensive sales plans.
**QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE**:
- Ideally tertiary qualifications in Manufacturing/Electronics/ Mechatronics.
- Minimum of 10 years experience with a proven track record in achieving/exceeding goals and results.
- Solid communication. analytical, sales and computers.
- Solid pricing, margins and discount/costing experience.
- Empathy for customers.
**YOU**:
- Are not a clock watcher.
- Have an assertive streak in you.
- Can develop successful sales teams.
- Are able to travel as and when required.
- Have the ability to listen first and respond second.

There is regular travel to NZ and interstate throughout Australia.
