Portfolio Engineering Manager

About the opportunity.

The role is a permanent Part-Time role, 3.5 days per week and we’re open to discussion on exactly which days and hours you prefer.

This is a great mixed portfolio (commercial & industrial) supporting sites and staff based in Western Sydney with some remote ACT coverage required. We need someone who can continue to ensure these assets are looked after, well-managed, and maintained to our perfecting standards, working with some fantastic clients.

The role will also provide operational advice to our Building and Property Managers, so you’ll become an expert in the JLL systems and processes that support our properties as well and work with the team to understand client sustainability goals, providing strategic direction for energy savings.

The role will be dynamic, fast paced, and you will receive a high level of satisfaction from both tenants and clients in relation to building performance and execution of duties. It’s important to continue to deliver an exceptional ‘Managing Agent’ service to the clients and contributing to all financial and operational targets.

You have managed the operations of commercial or industrial buildings and absolutely thrive working with a variety of tenants and clients.

Customer service is your key priority, and you can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

You thrive in a team environment as well as autonomously, have experience managing staff and are positive and tenacious in your daily approach. You are a natural mentor and love helping others.

Having the ability to be proactive and able to identify potential risks through compliance with OH&S is essential. You keep on top of things, can oversee capex budgets, cut operational costs, and incur savings during the process.

A fully maintained vehicle and current drivers’ licence is required.
