**Job Description**:
**What you will do**
This is your opportunity to join carsales as the Ad Operations Lead. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, this role plays a key function within the Customer Success Centre of Excellence, to execute, optimise and deliver media campaigns, to achieve client objectives.
- Manage and support the team with allocation of workload, escalations, coaching and development.
- Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success and key stakeholders to set strategy and process.
- Guide and support the execution and delivery of all campaigns by the Ad Operations team.
- Create, execute, optimise and deliver media campaigns promptly and accurately to achieve campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze network and product health to provide learnings and actionable insights for the Ad Operations team and stakeholders in order to drive better outcomes for customers.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
- Digital advertising operations experience within publisher operations.
- Experience within buy side social or digital media will be beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and support a team.
- Advanced experience using ad technologies such as Google Ad Manager, Xandr, Bonzai, Polar, IAS, Salesforce (or equivalents).
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously while managing potentially conflicting priorities and stakeholder needs.
- An analytical mindset and willingness to find solutions and solve problems.
