**Your new role**

**Airport Toyota** are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Pre-Delivery Storage Yard Assistant** to support our Pre-Delivery Centre in ensuring the efficient operation of our workshop and yard. This role involves a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

- Vehicle check-in and assessment for damage and components
- Advise Pre-Delivery Manager/Yard Supervisor of any defects or missing items
- Co-ordinate vehicle movements for the Workshop Controller and Pre-Delivery Manager/Yard Supervisor to maintain the workshop schedule
- Fuel vehicles as required in preparation for workshop scheduling and Pre-Deliveries
- Update vehicle locations and movements
- Efficiently process paperwork in a timely, descriptive, and accurate manner
- Maintain yard equipment

**What you'll need to succeed**
- **Possession of a current Manual Driver's License**:

- It is essential that a clean police check is mandatory for this position
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Demonstrated accuracy and speed in completing tasks
- Consistent honesty and reliability in work ethic
