**The Position**

We are currently on the hunt for an experienced and passionate **Functions Coordinator** to join our team on a Full-Time basis, at our beautiful site in **Pymble**. As the Function Coordinator, you'll know everything there is to know about creating amazing function experiences and assisting in a commercial operation - whilst taking pride in your work. You will be passionate and hands on in your role and thoroughly enjoy the challenge of executing outstanding events.

**Key duties**
- Work with the Unit Manager & Head Chef to ensure seamless function delivery
- Bump in and bump out of a variety of functions on campus
- Preparing function sheets for the kitchen and quoting for the clients.
- Contribute to the continual development of the client partnership
- Function client liaison

**The Person**
- You can effectively build relationships with individuals at all levels, from diverse backgrounds, cultures and locations
- You are passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
- Your attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise is a strength
- You enjoy being hands on and getting involved.
- Working with Children's Check required.
