**YOUR ROLE**

We have an opportunity for multiple Client Service Consultants to join our community-minded WFI family on a 12-month contract basis. You'll work with new and existing valued clients and assist them with their insurance needs.

You'll need a customer first approach, so we can continue to build on our goal of being 'Great people to know'.If you're looking for the next step in your customer service career, WFI is the organisation for you.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
- Ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes
- Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and have good attention to detail
- Underwriting and product knowledge (desirable but not necessary)
- Understanding of the general insurance industry (desirable but not necessary)
