**Your next career opportunity**
As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you'll lead a 2-year national project funded by the MRFF Mental Health Research grant, focusing on preventing child emotional abuse. You'll have the opportunity to coordinate mixed-methods research, collaborate with partners across multiple institutions, and generate evidence-based materials to enhance understanding of this critical issue. This role offers you the chance to make a real-world impact while developing your skills in population mental health research within a supportive team environment.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Lead Mixed Methods Research: Coordinate four projects, contributing to qualitative and quantitative data analysis and collection.
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Establish a project reference group and liaise effectively with partners across multiple institutions.
- Contribute to Knowledge Dissemination: Draft manuscripts on project findings and assist with other knowledge outputs.
**You may be a great fit if**:
You are a dedicated researcher with a PhD (or near completion) in a relevant field, possessing strong leadership potential, excellent communication skills, and experience in running large-scale research projects with multiple stakeholders.
**You may also**:
- Have a PhD or near completion in psychology, public health, or a related field.
- Possess experience in designing and conducting qualitative research methods.
- Demonstrate a developing national profile through academic publications and conference presentations.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Be able to work both independently and collaboratively to meet project goals and deadlines.
