A rare opportunity to join an engineering services contractor with a solid track record of winning and executing Design & Construct (D&C) and Operations & maintenance (O&M) contracts across multiple utility and infrastructure sectors. Operating nationally, they have an established, successful executive team with a culture of active leadership development and inclusion in continuous improvement and strategic development of the business.

2. Develop and implement technical maintenance plans to extend asset lifespan.

3. Define asset treatment options based on performance, risk, and cost analysis.

4. Establish asset maintenance activities aligned with service and operational goals. 5. Lead forward works planning, ensuring maintenance and renewal priorities align with long-term asset strategies.

6. Develop asset renewal project briefs, including scope, outcomes, and budget allocation.

7. Prioritise routine and tactical maintenance tasks to ensure efficient asset upkeep. 8. Monitor asset defects, deterioration trends, and performance metrics, using advanced analytics.

9. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to ISO 55001 standards. - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimisation. 10.Integrate data-driven decision-making into all asset management activities.

You have competency in condition assessment and maintenance planning associated with civil / structural assets such as bridges, tunnels, steel support structures and expertise in developing and implementing compliance-driven asset strategies. Tertiary qualifications in civil / structural engineering and asset management are preferred.

Pay: $185,000.00 - $235,000.00 per year
