Experienced policy review officer for a state government opportunity

**Your new company**
You will work within an independent agency who investigates complaints about the actions and decisions of Queensland Government departments and agencies, local councils, and publicly funded universities. As a key member of the office's Corporate Services Unit, you will assist with reviewing and updating policies and procedures for finance, information services, and business services.

**Your new role**
You will assist with the development, review, amendment, implementation, and maintenance of a suite of policies and procedures within the corporate services unit.
Duties will include:

- Actively monitor, review and assist with improvements to policy, procedure, process and administrative practice within the Corporate Services Unit.
- Work collaboratively with other team members, participate in meetings and training programs.
- Maintain high practice standards and demonstrate respect for legislation and policy frameworks.
- Uphold integrity through appropriate use of processes and resources.
- Proactively identify risks to organisations and team practices, evaluate possible solutions and take appropriate mitigation action.
