**Ride & Experience Host**

We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Ride & Experience Host at SEA LFIE Sydney Aquarium, part of the Merlin Entertainments group.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Cluster Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient functioning of all SLSA zones GE run activities, maximising guest satisfaction by actively engaging with all guests who enter the site.

Your role is versatile and requires you to oversee the operation of all SEA LIFE zones including the Penguin Expedition ride, whilst maintaining positive KPI and Mystery visits with a score of 90%+, and displaying a solution focused approach to guest queries that result in a memorable experience.

**Your duties include but are not limited to**:

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience.
- Develop and deliver innovative ways of communicating conservation messages in a fun and engaging way.
- Following all health, safety and security practices, particularly pertaining to the penguin ride experience.
- Meet daily ride targets to support KPIs.

**About You**

To shine in this role, you will ideally have strong people skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential.
