We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Ride & Experience Host for SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium.

Merlin Entertainments is the company behind iconic brands like SEA LIFE, Madame Tussauds, LEGOLAND, and Peppa Pig World of Play. We operate in over 130 attractions across 25 countries, delivering memorable experiences to 54 million+ visitors a year. In Australia and New Zealand, we have 10 attractions, including SEA LIFE, Wild Life, Madame Tussauds, and the Fly Treetop Adventures, amongst others.

SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium takes you on an underwater journey through Australia's unique freshwater and marine aquatic environments. Along the way you'll encounter some of the world's most incredible animals, including our beautiful dugong - 1 of only 2 on display anywhere in the world - huge sharks, massive stingrays, majestic turtles, jellyfish, penguins, thousands of tropical fish and much, much more.

Roles & Responsibilities:
**About the Role**

Reporting to the Guest Experience Leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering incredible guest experience, quality service with guest satisfaction with a focus on fun

Our Ride & Experience Hosts are responsible for overseeing the functioning of all SEA LIFE zones including the Penguin Expedition ride / Glass Bottom Boat ride, Interactive Presentations, and Activities to maintain KPI and Mystery visits with a score of 90%+ with a strong focus on Health and Safety Standards practices. This role will not only see you acting as an ambassador for SEA LIE Sydney, but also ensure that our guest satisfaction and site standards are maintained delivering a great product in a fast-paced environment.
