Join our innovative marketing operations team as a Digital Creative Manager to scale top-performing assets across all our digital channels
The team plays a pivotal role in ensuring we are getting the best out of our significant marketing operation, driving an efficient, effective delivery process that produces high performing assets at speed while uplifting operational efficiency across the department.
**What you will be responsible for**:
- Turn data-driven creative insights into action by pinpointing high impact, profit driving opportunities across our digital media channels, and partnering with stakeholders to convert insights into a clear, efficient and effective creative roadmap
- Operationalise creative workflows and harness AI to manage, develop, optimise, analyse, and produce impactful digital assets at scale
- Rapidly test, learn and scale top performing creative across digital channels and regions
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
- Develop a scalable creative analysis framework and dashboards that merge platform and transactional data to surface insights, track ROAS/CPL/CTL, and guide continuous optimisations
- Design and run multivariate testing programs, leveraging AI for rapid asset generation and iteration across formats (static, UGC, video, animation, carousel) to accelerate learning and lift profit
- Lead briefing, production, QA, and timely delivery of digital assets at scale, operationalising workflows and documentation, and aligning business KPIs through a continuous test-and-learn roadmap
- Communicate insights and hypotheses regularly to stakeholders, facilitate data informed ideation sessions, and deliver monthly competitor creative intelligence with clear recommendations to sharpen strategy
What we’re looking for?
- Analytical thinker with a track record of using data to inform creative decisions and systematically optimise performance
- Deep understanding of digital channels and the ability to adapt content to each platform’s formats, algorithms, and best practices
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to ideate, iterate, and deliver high quality content quickly
- Experience leveraging AI tools or ability to source new tools to streamline and scale content production and testing
- Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management that enables seamless cross-functional collaboration
- Sharp sense of trends and how to translate them into high engagement creative
- Ability to design and execute performance-led creative strategies tied to commercial outcomes
- Strong understanding of end to end creative development and production workflows
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or business
- Excellent project management, prioritisation, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Knowledge of financial services products and direct response principles (desirable)
