**The Role**
As a Microsoft Identity Manager Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity management solutions based on Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient identity management solutions. Your expertise in MIM will be critical in ensuring the security, integrity, and efficiency of our clients' identity and access management processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to identity and access management.
- Design and implement MIM solutions to meet business needs, including user provisioning, access request, role-based access control, and workflow automation.
- Develop and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations with other systems to enhance MIM functionality.
- Perform MIM infrastructure planning, installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for MIM-related problems.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of MIM solutions to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to other team members and end-users on MIM functionality and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies related to identity management.

**What we're looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience (5+ years) working with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) in a complex enterprise environment.
- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, and authorization.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as PowerShell, C#, or VBScript.
- Experience with identity management integration, including Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
- Familiarity with identity governance frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or similar.
