About the role:
The Sydney based Vice President role will provide customer FX solutions, handle all FX flow dealing directly, and assist broader Oceania FX team with client coverage and administration. The roles focus will be across MUFG’s Corporate, Institutional & Global Subsidiary customer facing business unit - with a particular emphasis on NZ based entities.

What you’ll be doing:

- Identifying opportunities and leading client dialogue that leverage MUFG’s capabilities across all Foreign Exchange products
- Collaborating & building partnerships by promoting Oceania Foreign Exchange capabilities to internal stakeholders
- Demonstrating a superior understanding of the requirements of all MUFG’s Oceania FX client base across significantly differing levels of customer sophistication
- Managing and developing relationships with transactional clients including those serviced over e-platforms for flow-based business
- Regular business travel requirement
- Responsibility for customer set-up and maintenance
- Helping drive efficiency and process improvements
- Working hours flexibility to meet the demands of the business. NZ market time zone starting hours specifically required
- Regional reporting related tasks
- Completing other ad-hoc tasks as directed

What we are looking for:

- 3 - 7 years experience in Foreign Exchange markets - banks, funds management, corporate treasury
- Undergraduate degree in Economics/Business related field
- AFMA Accreditation preferred, or desire to obtain
- Exposure to FX sales related role preferable, ideally with existing client relationships across Oceania
- Strong FX option pricing experience and understanding
- Ideally an understanding of interest rate products, pricing and theory
- Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills
