Senior Corporate Foreign Exchange (FX) Dealer – Sydney – Mandarin speaking role
In this role, you will work with a portfolio of corporate clients on their foreign exchange requirements to achieve set business goals. You are expected to actively service these clients on their payment requirements on both our online and offline channels.

  • provide expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to our corporate clients
  • Client relationship management.
  • Booking FX deals over the phone for customers.
  • Hedging discovery and upselling.
  • Monitoring market conditions
  • Ensuring our corporate customers have full access to our best in market suite of credit and hedging products

You Will Ideally Have/be

  • Some experience in Corporate FX Sales or Dealing is required to be considered for this role
  • Mandarin language skills required – this is a must have as this role manages clients that only speak Mandarin
  • Comfortable on the phone with corporate clients to explore their needs and present solutions
  • Connected to CFO's, Corporate Treasurers and Finance Directors in the Brisbane area
  • Degree preferred
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
  • Pro-active. Driving activity, new relationships, opportunities
  • Proven ability to build / maintain customer relationships
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for foreign exchange and sales
  • You need existing permanent rights (a visa) allowing you to work in Australia to be considered
