This is it. We're seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to spearhead enterprise growth in Australia for a global leader in IT consulting, business transformation, and digital outsourcing. This individual contributor role gives you full ownership of strategy, execution, and success — no red tape, no management layers to slow you down.

Your Mandate

- Drive ACV and TCV growth with full accountability

You Bring

- 10–15+ years in enterprise consultative sales across IT services, BPO, Data & Analytics or Digital Transformation
- Deep understanding of solution selling, outsourcing models, and client transformation journeys
- Proven track record of closing $1M–$20M+ deals
- Comfortable operating at boardroom level – influencing, negotiating, and driving strategy
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, self-motivated, execution-focused
- Willingness to travel as needed across Australia and internationally
