**About the Role**:
***
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler for our biggest project in the Pilbara.
- 8:6 Roster
- Permanent Position

**Responsibilities include**:

- Manage all data ( Events, work orders, backlogs) in AMT to ensure accurate information is being captured a
- Review MTBF Data and MTTR Data and provide strategies to improve
- Review downtime contributors using a Pareto analysis or similar
- Provide strategies to improve any shortfalls
- Manage critical spares on site in conjunction with the Maintenance Superintendents and Store persons
- Track and analyze GET, Tyre and Undercarriage wear rates and report to the Project Manager
- Look for different products or strategies to improve any shortfalls in where products don’t meet expected life.
- Component planning with offsite maintenance planners and providing 3 monthly forecasts
- Plan and execute major shutdowns on equipment (excavators)
- Review oil sample results and action
- Review completed service sheets
- Maintenance Management Plan - provide coaching and mentoring to Supervisors

**Skills and Experience**:

- 5 years of mining maintenance experience with a minimum of 2 years in planning or scheduling role
- Experience with a varied range of mining equipment & heavy plant maintenance
- Knowledge of heavy mobile equipment condition, monitoring and analysis
- Experience using CMMS system AMT
- Mechanical Trade background
- The ability to budget and forecast components
