Position Overview:

We are looking for a proficient Maintenance Planner who is experienced in using Pronto software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the optimal functioning of our equipment and facilities. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to prioritise tasks and maximise operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise Pronto software to develop comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
  • Analyse equipment performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce repair costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment and coordinate procurement as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions to production.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Pronto software is essential.
  • Previous experience in maintenance planning or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
