**THE COMPANY**
Ora Banda Mining (ASX: OBM) is a uniquely positioned gold exploration and development company as 100% owner of the Davyhurst Gold Project in the highly productive Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. The Davyhurst project is located 120km northwest of Kalgoorlie. The project area holds significant regional exploration potential in a District Scale land holding comprised of over 200 tenements, covering an area of 1,350km2 which contains more than 200 kilometres of strike within a highly prospective greenstone belt.

**THE ROLE**
Applications are sought from experienced Maintenance Planners to join the team at Ora Banda.

The purpose of the Maintenance Planner is to:

- Manage maintenance for the processing plant and non-maintenance assets (camp)
- Manage maintenance for the OBM owner mobile fleet (LV) and 1 loader
- Maintain an improvement culture for maintenance to maximise plant availability and reliability in the most cost-effective manner
- Manage all Planning systems to maintain a safe working environment compliant with Company policy, statutory regulations; and
- Achieve production and budget targets

**The responsibilities of this role will include**:

- Manage and oversee maintenance planning and ensure statutory requirements are met
- Develop, implement and monitor KPIs for maintenance staff
- Ensure that Career and Performance reviews are completed in accordance with OBM guidelines
- Develop and retain the relevant competencies and expertise within your area of accountability so that a value added and efficient service is constantly delivered
- Provide timely and relevant feedback to the management team ensuring that they are aware of all safety, environmental and project activities that influence Company priorities

**ABOUT YOU**
To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Relevant trade qualification
- 5 -10 + years in fixed plant maintenance and mineral processing
- Minimum 3 years’ experience at a Maintenance planner level or equivalent within the mining industry
- High level technical and trouble-shooting expertise across all disciplines of maintenance
- Demonstrated significant experience in asset reliability, asset maintenance optimisation and maintenance planning using Pronto
- Demonstrated experience in implementing proactive maintenance strategies
- Demonstrated reporting and cost control capabilities
- Demonstrated team leadership expertise
- High level computer experience in excel, word, outlook, MS project, Pronto
- Strong working knowledge and use of maintenance, scheduling and planning software with Pronto expertise being preferable
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Ability to analyse mechanical data
- Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence or equivalent

**ELIGIBILITY**:

- Must be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance valid within 6 months
- Reside in WA or willing to relocate at own cost.
