**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Managing the end-to-end administration processes
- Can manage and oversee over 40 client profiles
- Scheduling and planning of works
- System and workflow management - experience with Prime, highly regarded
- Supporting the wider team when required
- Providing support to contractual management
- Data entry, processing, phone calls and other tasks as required
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders of the company

- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- You love a challenge and solving problems
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administration experience - insurance or construction preferred
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Roselands, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- construction and/or building administration: 2 years (preferred)
- client handling: 1 year (preferred)
