**About the Position**:
We currently have a managerial leadership opportunity managing the day to day operations at a Shopping Centre in Sydney's South Western Suburbs The Security Supervisor's duties will be to provide leadership, coordinating skills sets and resolving issues in a fast and efficient manner through utilizing your team.

**Rostered Hours**:
**Tuesday**: 8:30am - 5:30pm

**Wednesday**: 8:30am - 5:30pm

**Thursday**: 11:30am - 9pm

Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm

**Saturday**: 9am - 5pm

**Description**:
**This positions responsibilities will undergo**:

- Client, Customer and Patron Liaison
- Ensuring compliance through managing quality systems
- Leading and Coordinating with your team
- Managing SOP's
- Service and Delivery Assurance (auditing and reporting requirements)

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Prior experience leading a medium to large security team. (2-4 Years)
- Good written and verbal communication skills is a must.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- A strong customer service focus
- Cert IV in Security Risk Management or equivalent tertiary will be highly regarded
- Good internal & external stakeholder management skills
- Must have the ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure.
- Full hour's working rights

**Qualifications**:

- Current Security Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Certificate III in Security will be highly regarded
