**About the Role**:
As our Supply and Distribution Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our supply chain. You will manage the distribution of products to our clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while maintaining our high standards of customer service. This role is crucial to our mission to deliver exceptional service and products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations and distribution logistics.
- Coordinate with suppliers and transport services to ensure timely product delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize stock availability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor product quality and address any issues with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, supplies, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports on logistics performance and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff in supply chain processes.
