About Us

At Smile Collective, we deliver high-quality cosmetic and general dentistry in a luxury, patient-first environment. We're looking for a proactive Clinical Coordinator to oversee clinical operations, support the dental team, and ensure every day runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

**Clinical Flow

  • Coordinate daily clinical schedules and patient flow between dentists, oral health therapists, and assistants.
  • Oversee patient readiness (consent forms, pre-treatment checks, post-op instructions).

**Equipment & Stock Management

  • Monitor and maintain dental equipment (scanners, curing lights, autoclaves, etc.).
  • Liaise with suppliers and service technicians when repairs/servicing are needed.
  • Oversee ordering, restocking, and rotation of consumables.
  • Track lab cases and ensure timely pickups/deliveries.

**Patient Experience

  • Assist with clinical photography, scanning, and presentation of treatment plans.
  • Ensure patients are comfortable during procedures.
  • Support dentists in delivering exceptional, seamless care.

About You

  • Highly recommended experience as a Sales manager/Senior Dental Assistant / Clinical Coordinator (2+ years preferred).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a small team.
  • Passionate about patient care and clinical excellence
  • Great with technology & development
