**About the Role**

In this role you will be joining our busy Stores and Supply team providing effective management and distribution of stock throughout the hospital. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be willing to work as part of a team and within WH&S and Infection Control guidelines. This role is predominately based in the theatre complex and 2IC to the Supply Manager.
- Your duties will include:_
- Scanning
- Picking, packing & delivering stock to designated areas.
- Receiving of stock deliveries to the hospital.
- Ordering of stock utilising computer systems - SAP MRP
- Updating barcodes.
- Following up back orders and finding urgent alternative products.
- Working through non-compliant materials lists, changeovers and exemptions.
- Maintaining imprests
- Other Reporting as directed by Supply Manager
- Liaising with internal and external customers.

This position will also be a backfill position for our prosthesis clerk. Roughly 1 day a week will be allocated to the prosthesis clerk role and then back fill as required. This role requires high computer literacy (SAP) and a very keen eye for detail.
- Your duties will include:_
- Keying in SAP prosthesis used in surgery for billing to health funds
- Liaising with staff and vendor reps to ensure details accurate.
- Following Ramsay National Product Evaluation processes
- Requesting approval and entering of new items into SAP

**Skill and Experience**

You will be a highly organised and process focused individual. This is a fast paced role which involves a considerable amount of manual handling. Crucial to this role is a high level of accuracy and time management skills with a strong team focus.

- Demonstrated experience in a supply position with any medical stock experience being highly regarded.
- Experience using SAP highly regarded.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
- Computer literacy skills
- Keen eye for detail

**Remuneration**

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $30-$35 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Facilities include 9 state-of-the-art operating theatres, two cardiac catheter laboratories, a minor procedure room, a day surgery unit, an 11-bed intensive care unit/coronary care unit and an 9 chair day therapy unit.
