**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The Cellar is the backbone of any hospitality venue, and the Cellar team at The International will be critical to the smooth running of the whole venue. As the Cellar Manager you will take charge of the logístical aspects of the back of house and back bar set up.
We are seeking an experienced Cellar Manager to join our team. Ideally with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in cellar management and proven understanding of the essential role a Cellar Manager plays in a hospitality team. Experience in logistics will be held in high regard.
As Cellar Manager you will be responsible for receiving of deliveries, stocking of bars, key and stock management. You will also play an active role in training and upskilling our staff, helping them learn cellar process, such as changing kegs and pre-opening procedures.

Located in the iconic Harry Seidler-designed 25 Martin Place, this venue is a social and culinary destination where the food, wine, and beverages are of exceptional quality, and the service is dedicated, inspired, and authentic. Spread across three distinct levels, The International features casual drinking and dining offering, a luxurious dining experience with a commitment to the finest ingredients and a vibrant rooftop destination offering stunning city views.
