The Company ADP Store Fixtures is an agile and established retail services organisation which sources and manufactures shelving and display systems for retail chains and boasts 35 years' industry experience. An Australian family-owned and operated SME, our client leverages an extensive global supply chain of trusted partners with in-house Australian timber and metal fabrication facilities to provide cost-effective merchandising solutions on a local and national multi-site scale.
The Role Working closely with a cohesive, and high-performing team this newly created role focuses on supporting the South Australian Business Development team and broader team with the preparation of sales presentations, bids, and scheduling. As the first point of contact for internal sales inquiries via the showroom, this role requires a strong sales support team player who is diligent, responsive, and can ensure its smooth running.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Work with the Business Development Manager and broader sales team to prepare sales presentations for client meetings
- Liaise with the design team to develop project floorplans and visualizations based on client/BDM feedback
- Prepare detailed cost plans and Bills of Materials (BOM's) using internal and client-provided designs, to respond to bid and tender requests)
- Develop new business through various platforms
- Assist in the day-to-day operation of the office, warehouse and maintain the showroom to a high standard

**What we are looking for**:

- Sales support and administration experience in a fast-paced projects-based organisation
- Attention to detail
- Experience in using MYOB, Xero or similar systems
- Most importantly, a people-centric person who likes variety in a role
