Migration Affairs is a growing migration and citizenship consultancy firm specialising in providing comprehensive support to corporates, individuals, and families in their visa and immigration processes. As a trusted name in the industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and expertise to our clients.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal specialising in Immigration Law. As an Immigration Law Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting our lawyers with a wide range of immigration matters. If you are detail-oriented, organised, and possess a deep understanding of immigration law, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research on immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Review and analyse client files, identifying potential issues and discrepancies
- Maintain and update case management systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation
- Prepare legal correspondence and assist in the preparation of legal submissions and briefs
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and capacity to work with CALD clients
- Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws and policies

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Paralegal in Immigration Law
- In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address legal issues
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using case management software such as Migration Manager and legal research tools
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
