**About the Company**

Great opportunity to provide a range of paralegal and administrative services to a NSW Government organisation that supports the efficient and effective delivery of legal services operations - 2 positions available.

**About the Role**
- Provide timely paralegal and administrative support in the litigation and/or commercial functions.
- Provide initial contact point services, paired with information, advice and escalation where necessary to the appropriate person for resolution.
- Conduct legal research and assist with preparation of draft advice and briefing documents.
- Assist in managing compliance with subpoenas including collating and reviewing documents to be produced.
- Maintain accurate records in legal information systems for the business unit in accordance with records management policies and procedures and confidentiality/privacy requirements.

**About You**
- Able to priorities work in a high volume work area to meet demands of conflicting and critical deadlines.
- Contributing to the team environment and adapting to changing priorities whilst ensuring continuity of service.
- Conducting research and collecting information that requires.
- Ability to present findings both written and verbal within an often highly sensitive environment.
