**Where You’ll Be Working**

The supportive administrative team is at the forefront of patient care, assisting clients with their healthcare appointments, managing enquiries, handling medicolegal documents, and providing administrative support to the Community Nurses and Palliative Care team.
The Community Nurses and Palliative Care team take great pride in caring for local clients as well as visitors to the area. With the local population growing, there is never a dull day in Community Health.

**What You Will Be Doing**

The Administration Officer assists the team with a variety of administration tasks, including coordinating phone enquiries and face-to-face appointments. A typical day involves:

- Assisting with the coordination of clients being seen at home, in clinic, or calling the centre for advice.
- Relaying critical information accurately to nurses and providing reassurance to clients.
- Managing medico legal documents, ordering supplies, entering data, completing filing tasks, and managing the fleet of cars.
- Troubleshooting general issues and attending professional development activities.

The role involves working independently within the health centre while also collaborating with other administration colleagues across the Dental/Medical Centre and Hospital.
