Our client is a content creating studio specialising in photography and videography in real estate and property. They are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team.
THE ROLE:
Reporting the GM, the main responsibilities include the following:

- Plan and manage the social media accounts and content calendars of their clients to create meaningful, relevant and engaging content from strategy through to execution
- Plan, create and post high-quality, engaging content (images, graphics, reels, videos, competitions etc.)
- Ensure social content complies with the client's tone, look and feel
- Monitor and report monthly on campaigns to ensure effectiveness and consider learning for future content
- Manage paid Meta ad spend, including optimising campaigns to increase audience and engagement
- Keep an eye on current social media trends, hashtags, and audio to leverage in the content
- Engage and respond to follower and community feedback
- Help pitch for new clients and work closely with key stakeholders to coordinate content shoot scheduling and the post-production deliverables
- Manage and create content for the company's social accounts to drive awareness

YOU:

- You will have a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create reels, stories, videos, and photo content
- You must be able to use Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and TikTok
- Good knowledge on Meta and Facebook Business Suite and Ads manager is important
- A people person with excellent Account Management skills and you must have exemplary written and verbal communication
- You will need to have a car and a driver's license
