**About Goodstart Goonellabah**:
Cater to 90 children daily, from Nursery to Preschool, with a focus on play-based learning and individual interests.
Our diverse team includes Bachelor-qualified teachers and experienced educators dedicated to fostering children’s growth and development.
Work in a variety of versatile indoor and outdoor environments, including verandas, large playgrounds, sand pits, and art studios.
Emphasize social, emotional, literacy, and numeracy skills, preparing children for a smooth transition to school.
**Meet our Centre Director**:
Hello I’m Deb, and I am the Centre Director at Goodstart Early Learning Goonellabah.
I have worked in Early Years Education since 1996. I have been fortunate enough to work as an early Childhood Teacher with children of all ages, as well as taking on the role as Centre Director at various centres for 18 years.
My experience has taught me the important part relationships with families, children and educators play in supporting the development and growth of the children we teach. For this reason, my door is always open for children and their families, as well as educators.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
