As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**About Goodstart Goonellabah**:
Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Goonellabah, strategically placed on a main highway just outside Lismore, combines the convenience of easy access with the tranquillity of a safe, well-located facility. This optimal setting simplifies the daily routine of drop-offs and pickups for families.

We welcome 90 children each day, from Nursery to Preschool, in an environment designed for enriching, planned learning experiences and play-based education. Our programs are rooted in the Early Years Learning Framework, with a keen focus on meeting the unique needs and interests of each child. Emphasizing social and emotional development, literacy, and numeracy, we aim to equip children with the foundation needed for a seamless transition to school.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
