As an Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

**About Goodstart Goonellabah**:
Join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Goonellabah, conveniently located on a main highway on the outskirts of Lismore. Our serene yet accessible location ensures stress-free daily drop-offs and pick-ups.

Catering to 90 children daily from Nursery to Preschool, our centre provides tailored learning experiences based on the Early Years Learning Framework. Our dedicated team of Bachelor qualified teachers and educators prioritize social-emotional wellbeing, literacy, and numeracy, preparing children for a smooth transition to school.

With verandas in each room, children enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor play year-round, complemented by spacious playgrounds featuring sand pits, an art studio, and vegetable patches.

At Goodstart Goonellabah, we provide nutritious meals catering to all allergies, including homemade purees for infants starting solids.

**You’ll need**:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
