**Location**

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and sparkling blue lagoons, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast comprises of approximately 300 guest rooms and four award winning restaurants and bars, all in an absolute beachfront environment.

**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager this position will hold ultimate responsibility for the daily operation of the hotel’s bar outlets.

In the hands-on leadership role, your passion for delivering exceptional service and natural ability to build strong rapport with guests will inspire the F&B team to create memorable experiences that delight our guests, everytime.

**Requirements**:

- An energetic, enthusiastic passion for the Hospitality Industry
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar 5-star environment
- Dynamic individual with an ability to multitask with efficiency
- Anticipate and respond to customer requests or concerns in a professional manner
- Strong bar experience and wine knowledge
- Previous Barista and Cocktail making is essential
- Ability to supervise and train Food & Beverage teams
- Knowledge of Micros point of sale system would be a definite advantage
- Experience with managing inventory and stock control
- Availability to work a rotating roster including holidays and weekends
- Experience in leading a WHS conscious culture
- Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
