**About the role**:
Is Supply Chain Operations your gift? We have a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team making transforming the way we are driving store and customer fulfilment in Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. This key role ensures our customer’s orders are fulfilled with accuracy, efficiency and safety.

With a focus on Safety, Service, CoR, Inventory and Cost., You will be working with an amazing Australian brand in a growth trajectory, in a very modern facility which includes robotics and automation. Take an integral seat in our Supply Chain team to develop and drive the retail and ecommerce fulfilment standards and opportunities to embed change. Leading and coaching an Operations team to deliver a consultative, collaborative and compliant fulfillment and logistics service to our stores from our Customer Fulfillment Centre and Distribution Centres.

Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including 3PL service providers and team members across the business to support the delivery of the Officeworks Supply Chain vision, you will drive CI through continuous enhancements in Operational process, systems and infrastructure.

**About you**:
You will likely enjoy solving problems within a fast-paced, dynamic and varied work environment and have previous leadership experience in building successful teams and driving efficiencies in a climate of change. This role will allow you to utilise your solid systems knowledge and capability (SAP, WMS and intermediate to advanced Excel).
