**About the role**
In this role, you will provide PMO services, project coordination assistance and assure the project controls to support to a program to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope. You will also prepare and maintain key project documentation and high-level communications and correspondence including briefings, reports, submissions, issue and risk registers and project reports to ensure the comprehensiveness, accuracy, and timeliness of written information.
**About You**
**To be successful in the role, you will have:
- **
- Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Significant experience providing a range of project support services across a diverse range of high-profile Systems Group projects.
**Highly Regarded**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project/program/delivery coordinator role.
- Experience with project controls on a multi-year program such as financial forecasting, risks/issue/decision/action logs, scheduling support and preparing program board
- and status reports.
- Worked within a PMO environment
