**About You**:
You are a professional administration officer at Level 1 of the Clerks - Private Sector Award. You are looking for a rewarding job that has a mix of work. This role is perfect for someone with experience in customer service and related administration.

Your duties will include:

- Taking customer sales calls
- Taking customer support enquiries including providing support with enrolments and access to online systems
- General administrative duties
- Working as part of a team to ensure that the shift, across locations, is effective and completes allocated tasks

Prior experience in administration and customer support is essential.

Criteria include:

- A high level of proficiency using office productivity software is a plus
- Good written communication skills and a high degree of attention to detail
- You will have or need to obtain a current Working with Children Check or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Genuine, friendly, vibrant and welcoming personality
- Excellent time management and organisational skills

**Hours and Remuneration**:
This is a part-time role with either of two following patterns of work which you should nominate when applying:

- Monday to Fridays, 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
- Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 6 pm

The business operates during school terms on the same hours as it does in term. Leave is generally limited to school holidays and there is a 3 week mandatory shut-down over Christmas.
