**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients warmly and assist with admissions
- Schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits efficiently
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate patient care and coordination
- Utilising Genie software

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in medical terminology and medical software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
