Our Head of Organisational Design and Development. This position calls for a dynamic and innovative organisational leader who can bring strategies to improve efficiency through the implementation of organisational structures systems and procedures for employee engagement, development, and retention. Through developing strong professional relationships and by providing value added advice to commercial executives across the business, you will be regarded as an integral business partner that supports the delivery of the Group’s strategic objectives. Our Head of Organisational Design and Development will use a diverse business skill set in leadership; business coaching, strategy creation and training collectively, to assist the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), to actively develop, communicate and improve efficiency of processes and procedures across the business by redefining job functions. Using neuroscience
- based coaching and profiling to ensure right person right fit for the job function. The role requires the design and delivery of direction and strategic innovation to a diverse workforce.
The Opportunity.
- You will be responsible for solving organisational by giving professional advice about organisational structures methods systems and people to ensure improved efficiency and productivity across the business.
- Assist the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) in achieving their organisational objectives through recommending and directing the ELT to a more efficient organisation developing solutions to problems experienced in the organisation.
- Review existing structures and recommend changes to systems, processes, and procedures to support the organisational structure aimed at improving efficiency and increased productivity.
- Draft new processes and procedures as well as job descriptions. Using neuroscience
- based coaching and profiling to ensure right person right fit.
- You will ensure that TrendPac has an alignment between the top-down CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) strategy and the employee talent pool, by creating an internal communication strategy to communicate and market the change in organizational structures.
- Assist the CEO in the creation of an engaged and positive culture amongst employees that will result in achieving customer satisfaction through efficient use of company resources.
- Guide and lead TrendPac’s dynamic People and Culture team to create a training and communication hub, assist in the creation and delivery of all training material related to the change in the organisational structure and associated systems processes and procedures.
- Work in partnership with the Head of Business Support to review and introduce systems to support the employees working within the organisational structure
To be successful you will be people oriented and results driven with excellent analysis, negotiation, problem solving interpersonal and communication skills.
- Qualification in Training and Assessment
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 + years in advising businesses on strategy and implementation of organisational change through structures and change in organisational structure.
- 8 + years’ experience in performance management, conflict management, leadership coaching, culture change, learning & development, recruitment, succession planning, workforce planning
**Salary**: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
