**Responsibilities**:
Join the Perth Workshop team as a Support Supervisor and provide effective leadership and operational management to the support team to assist Macmahon in achieving overall business objectives.

The support team consist of 8 team members providing administration support, reporting, WIP management, Invoicing, accounts management, workshop planning and scheduling, stores functions and systems support.

**About you**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in workplace leadership
- Proficient with MS Word / MS Excel / MS Project
- Continuous improvement orientated
- Sound financial and commercial acumen

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of mining earth moving machinery
- Planning and Scheduling experience / qualifications
