**Responsibilities**:
Macmahon is currently seeking a **Support Supervisor **to join the WAC Workshop team. This position will provide effective leadership and operational management of the support team to assist Macmahon in achieving its overall business objectives.

**About the role**
- Accurate and effective planning for the execution of the workshop projects.
- Review and manage planning forecasts.
- Provide information to workshop departments for staffing requirements according to plans and operation requirements.
- Complete operational reporting.
- Provide assistance with QC policies and procedure implementation.

**About you**
- Experience in workplace leadership.
- High knowledge of earthmoving and civil machinery.
- Planning and scheduling experience/qualifications.
- Relevant trade qualification (desirable).
- Frontline management training (desirable).
- Previous experience in warehousing/logistics (desirable)
