The key premise of this role is to support the Billing and Accounts Receivable functions, through specific review and processing of branch billing activities.

On a day to day, this includes:

- Managing pricing work dockets and LEM tickets.
- Updating job estimates and job costings prior to invoicing.
- Reviewing unbilled reports to assess readiness for invoicing.
- Reviewing contracts to ensure billing compliance with contracting requirements.
- Preparing credit notes as required.
- Resolving of disputes and following up of rejected items.
- Updating of debt collection portal.
- Other tasks as required to support Revenue Accountants or Branch Administrators

**The Successful Applicant**:
At a base level, this position requires previous exposure to Accounts Receivable or Billing, with experience in Administration and Customer Service highly regarded.

Other particular skills include:

- High Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholder levels.
- Computer literacy including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Service orientation
- Ability to prioritise workload.

I have a very competitive hourly rate of between $35/hour and $40/hour + Super for this position, with a salary of between $70,000-75,000 + Superannuation offering for if converted to permanent.
