**Join Our Team as a Casual Early Childhood Educator**:

- Location: Canberra (various locations) | Casual Position | Flexible Hours_
- Hourly rate - $38.20 - $45.66 (inclusive of 25% casual loading) Dependent on experience and qualifications._

Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and creating meaningful learning experiences? YWCA Canberra is seeking **Casual Early Childhood Educators** to join our dedicated team and help deliver high-quality education and care in our Early Childhood Services across Canberra.

**About the Role**

As a Casual Early Childhood Educator, you will:

- Support the development and implementation of holistic educational programs.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support each child’s learning journey.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing in line with national regulations and YWCA Canberra policies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and documenting children’s learning under the guidance of the Lead Educator.
- Build respectful, nurturing relationships with children and families.
- Actively supervise and respond to children’s needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold the values of YWCA Canberra.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently working towards a Diploma.
- A current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to children’s rights and wellbeing.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Must hold a valid WWWVP/WWCC
